We are a Club formed by Católica Lisbon students and re-structured since September 2020, the club was founded in 2017.
Our aim is to promote the economic science around the student community, with the support of Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics expertise. We hope to foster a stronger interest in economics and to help students develop a critical opinion on relevant economic topics.
The CATÓLICA-LISBON Economics Club publishes its trimestral Magazine with articles written by the club members that provide analysis and opinions regarding trending economic topics. We also publish semi-monthly Podcasts in which we interview people related to the economics field.
The CATÓLICA-LISBON Economics Club comprises 5 departments: Economics, Finance & Innovation, Marketing, HR and Podcast department. Each of them has its own purpose and mission.
The Economics department focuses on the research and content production for our activities.
The Finance & Innovation department is responsible for the accounting of the club and for developing.
The Marketing department is responsible for the communication and social presence of the club. This section ensures that our public's engagement is state of the art.
The HR department is in charge of the intra-club dynamics and making sure that our members have every resource they need, they are also responsible for the recruitment and integration of new members. This department is essential, we value people above everything.
The Podcast department takes care of Interviewing, producing and post editing our semi-monthly podcast.
